MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT Between **[Party A]** ("Disclosing Party") and **[Party B]** ("Receiving Party"), entered into on 2026-09-03. 1. PURPOSE The parties intend to discuss [purpose of disclosure] and may exchange Confidential Information. 2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION Any non-public information disclosed by either party in any form, including business plans, financials, customer lists, technical data and trade secrets. 3. OBLIGATIONS The Receiving Party shall (a) keep the information confidential, (b) use it only for the Purpose, and (c) not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. 4.
